Due to the major disruption of supply chains within our industry and backlog of work that we currently have from this, we will not be able to accept any new customers or large projects at this time. This is so we can make good on the commitments we have already made with our current customers. If you are a current customer reach out to us in your preferred method and we will respond as quickly as we can.
This is a decision I unfortunately had to make in the spring of 2021. Supply chain shortages are delaying part and equipment arrivals for months at a time. There are still some products that have been nationally out of stock since early summer 2021 that customers and I are still waiting for.
We are a three technician family ran company. Staying small is how we have maintained quality control. We are now over extended, and it is affecting our ability to provide the level of customer service we want to provide. When we can start taking on new customers, we will update this website and our Facebook page.

I've seen companies rise and fall and since 1998 my mother and father made sure we did not fall victim to the same fate as the rest. While so much has changed not everything has. That small town vibe where everyone knows a someone who can fix your lawn mower or build you a deck. That is how we started and still operate today. This website is all I spend in marketing and is all I need to spend. I want to personally thank every single person who has trusted me and my company with one of the most important things we all take for granted. That would be a comfortable home for you and your family after a hard days work with our wild North Carolina climate. I take my job very seriously and personally. It is after all how my father, my employees and I pay our bills. You our customers are the ones who put food on my family's table. I always above all else want to make sure you are satisfied and do not feel cheated or mislead. I price every job as tight as I can to give you the most I can for a reasonable price.
